Where can I watch the fireworks for July 4th Waltham?
Mark your calendars because this year’s fireworks display will take place on Sunday, June 29th. (Rain date: Monday, June 30th). The fun starts at 4 p.m. with the fireworks scheduled to begin at dusk. According to city officials, they will be set off from a barge in the Charles River near the Moody Street Bridge. If you’re planning to attend, keep in mind that the Moody Street Bridge will be closed to cars, starting at 3:30 p.m. It will be open exclusively for pedestrians and foot traffic after 4 p.m.

The event will take place at Prospect Hill Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Unfortunately, there is no rain date for this event.

Independence weekend continues with the Waltham Saturday Farmers’ Market from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Every Saturday, more than 35 local vendors come together along Lexington St. Smoke, then stroll, and pick up locally sourced produce, meat, seafood, baked goods, coffee, and more.
